Kathy Smith
Executive Director
I have been part of the Shoreline Early Learning Center family since 2014. With over 40 years’ experience in the early childhood field, I am passionate about ensuring quality care and early education for the families we serve. I believe that children learn through rich experiences, and our dedicated teachers provide meaningful, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and exploration.
I am a native Austinite and attended The University of Texas where I received a B.S. in Education. I also hold an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from Stephen F. Austin State University.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, and Longhorn sports.
